Returns & Exchanges

At Moose Coaching, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any item doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your Moose Coaching account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Pack Your Gear

    Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging along with your printed RMA form.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Quality Check and Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned sports equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
